Grocery Deals Concept

Overview

These grocery deals designs were concepts only, and never became a real product, but nonetheless is worth talking about. When I worked at Shoplocal, the business was looking for a turnkey product they could pitch to our grocer clients that offered consumers in-context access to weekly specials and deals.

Design Solution

The inspiration for this concept was an app called Grocery List from the early days of iPhone apps. The idea was that this app or website would allow grocery shoppers to quickly create a list of needed items, and would then push local deals from our database available for the items added. The interaction design is illustrated in these screenshots.
